Miss sassy boots

When Lauren showed me the outfits she had picked out for this maternity shoot, I knew we just couldn't go past those very sassy cowgirl boots...and rocked them she did.
A few months ago we had a session with just Lauren and her bump but this time we got Shane in on the action...and what a great job he did.
Enjoy the next few days together guys...

my cute boy

I haven't been feeling all that well lately, but when the sun came out for the first time in...I dont even remember how long...I had to take the opportunity to have a mini photo shoot with my little guy in our front garden. I find it amazing how little people seam to sense when those around them aren't feeling 100%, Zavia co-operated so well with me during this me lots of faces to work with. Here are just a few...

Not quite in time for mothers day...

Only a few weeks now and this couple will have their baby in their arms. Kahly & Dave came to see me this morning for their maternity shoot. We started off at my fav long grass spot, followed by a studio session. This is going to be one chilled out little baby if the parents are anything to go by...they were so easy going and did everything I ask them to do without hesitation. I look forward to having our newborn session together.
Hope you enjoy your sneak peek guys...I'll call you when they are all ready to view.

About Me

My photo
I have been fascinated with the art of photography for as long as I can remember...I have dabbled in it for years but my 'obsession' didn't really take hold until the birth of my son, Zavia. I was so upset by the lack of good photos we had from his first few weeks of life that it has become my challenge ever since to take as many beautiful images of him as possible. I realised how important it was to capture all of those little moments that shoot past so quickly...and why stop at photographing Zavia when I obviously have a (I hate to use this word...but...) passion for photographing children and families. That's how 'Sprout Photography' was born. You can check out my website at
